1984:Scientists in many countries register an unusual energy pattern within the corona of the Sun. Most dismissed the phenomenon as a plasma flux due to its similar EM wave band emission. It grew more potent with time.

1988: All over the United States and the world, unexplainable and strange phenomena frequent every nation. People moving objects without physical contact. Humans bursting into flames. A person floating in mid-air. Newspapers reported in that over 500 sightings of the "Domino Effect" as it was dubbed, in every major and small newspaper in the world. From the New York Tribune, to Nippon Today. Solar flare-ups continued. Reports showed the Aura Borealis ( the lights seen over the north pole) becoming more intense and frequent in appearance.

1991: All reports (over the past three years) of any abnormal active regarding the "Domino Effect" and people exhibiting out of the ordinary behavior, have been written off as fluke, fraud, or fabricated stories.

An increase in light energy fluctuations within the Aura Borealis was noted by sciences using the Hubble space telescope to observe the changes in the earth's stratosphere. 1993: Unknown to the general society, individual countries were studying, investigating, collecting, and training, subjects who've exhibited strange abilities from the Incident dubbed the "Domino Effect". These subjects were placed within the military compounds and organizations with code names. Other countries, in turn, have recruited those individuals affected by the "Domino Effect" within their own country, causing global tension to rise and fear of the status quo, the balance of power In the world, to be greatly threatened. This factor escalated the world powers into Its' second covert war: but Its' first true war of the mind: This, is "The Psionic Cold War". (Private CIA report to General Rodenberry, The Pentagon, Subsection 'G')

The year was 1998, December 12th. Within the United States, a sub-committee, established in 1994 to keep track of the military's handling and use of the D.P.S (Domino Effect Survivors) has now issued a request through the President, that an alliance be formed with Japan, China, North Africa, and South America, to combine their resources in light of the growing political activity within the old Soviet Union.

After four months of negotiations the Atlantic/Pacific Pact of 1995 was now in effect. With the growing fear of cooperation between the disbanded Soviet Union and other European nations giving their support financially, change was happening rapidly. Months later, the newly reformed Soviet Union (now called "The United Soviet Republic") formed their own union with The Netherlands, India, United Germany, Korea, France, Iran, and Iraq. With these formations, tensions increased. Suspecting that the United States was not satisfied with being the most powerful country on earth. Along with the rise of Psionic users within the European borders, the balance of power between the U.S. and T.U.S.R became greatly imbalanced:.

To the point that-the now growing Psionic communities-importance has become more of a race of who has more and who is the stronger. With all that tension and power, the humane treatment of these special people has been thrown out the window. They have become nothing more than walking weapons in the service of their countries. The U.S. along with Japan, started the first of many fighting units under the NSC that would be later known by the codename "Psi-legions". Trained and instructed in the use of their powers for covert operations to undermine the influence of the United Soviet Republic, and to gather information about other Psionic experiments and any new info. on the source of this power.

There were also groups formed with the express mission of assassinating any new "Psi soldiers" who may present a major threat to the U.S. and its allies. The Soviets, in turn, formed their own espionage ops groups with the help of India and Korea-codenamed the "Red Kali Zoa Elite" which is run by the KGB and Soviet agencies. They used infiltration and hit & run destruction tactics to gather information and to cover their involvement. Each side used informants and moles hidden within each others agencies to keep the flow of secret information steady. This kept the war at a stalemate.

For anyone who may have my command after my service is concluded: My name is Lieutenant Major Derek Coles, U.S./African mission operations commander of the Psi-Legion section stationed out of North Africa, in the city of Altrati on the tip between Malta and Italy. Base of operations was in a building disguised as an Investments company called ‘Rockwell Inc.” Its cover was a company that majored in the acquisition of property all over the world for wealthy financiers.

The cold war has been in a constant state of flux for the last five years. I, and my unit, had been at the center of this secret war for many months now. From our intelligence, we've managed to gathered many pieces of information about the source of Psionic power, and information on the covert activities of the "Red Kali Zoa Elite" who've been on the offensive for about five months now.
Three days ago, a Psi-agent doing some U.C. op work at one of the Soviet Republic's bases bordering Poland, discovered something unusual. The headquarters rested underneath an old abandoned check point where travelers had to go to get permission to enter Soviet land. Our Agent, code named "Last Man Standing" (because in most of his assignments, among any group he'd ever been apart of, when the situation became hopeless, he has been the only one to come back alive, and none the worse for wear. Believe me, I've seen him walk away from some very hot spots in my time. Now he's apart of Legion, under my command), using his telepathic abilities, along with his training in computer files searching, uncovered the remnants of an erased file containing information about a new Psionic human weapon, and what the source of his/her power might be.

He had it almost imprinted within his subconscious mind, when he was discovered by Psionic sweepers.
